- Hagia Sophia (Ayasofya): It was firstly built in 347 AC by Konstatin and rebuilt by Empire

Justinan's after its destruction by a fire. It has been turned into a mosque after Turks invaded the

city. Now it is useed as a museum.

- Blue Mosque (Sultan Ahmed): This mosque is placed in the southeast of Sultan Ahmed Square

which was called Hippodrome before. It was built between the years 1609-1616 by Sultan Ahmed. Its

known as blue mosque because of blue painted 21.000 quartz tiles.

- Topkapi Palace: It was built by Fatih Sultan Mehmet between 1465 and 1478. Its now used as a

museum. Especially valuable stone and old Turkish gun collections are attractive.

- Hippodrome: It was built in 2nd century has a capasity of 35.000 seats with its 400 meters lenght and

120 meters width. Here cart races, circus shows and gladiator games were held in name of the king.

- Grand Bazaar: It was first built by Fatih Sultan Mehmet in 1461-1481 in order to refresh the city

commerce. There are 10.000 shops and more than 50 types of occupation inside the bazaar which

was the center of commerce of the city.

***Topkapi Palace is Closed on every Tuesday.

Visas and Documentation: Travellers must have a valid passport. Each member are responsible

for obtaining information about entry requirements and the documentation necessary to enter those

countries to which they are traveling.

Insurance: Cave Valley Travel provides no insurance for passengers due to loss on the trip herein.

Passengers are advised to obtain their own insurance for health while traveling and / or baggage loss.

Insurance is also recommended to provide coverage to passengers if refunds pursuant to the final

payment and cancellation clause below are unavailable due to the terms of that clause.

Not included in rates: Room service charges, Items not on portions of menus reserved for Cave

Valley Travel passengers, laundry, beverages, alcoholic and otherwise, items of a personal nature,

airport departure taxes and any other items not specifically listing in the package rate includes

section. Port taxes on cruises are not included.

Tips and Taxes: Tips to guides, drivers, hotel staff etc. are not included in package costs and are at

your own discretion. Additional taxes, security charges or any other fees collected by governments,

airports, airlines and other entities are not included unless specifically listed as included features.

Payment Schedule: Cave Valley Travel requires 40% booking deposit on confirmation to keep

all services as reserved and confirmed. The final 60% balance arrival to TURKEY. Credit cards are

accepted (visa and mastercard).


Cancellation: Reservations may only be canceled by written notice sent by certified mail (return

receipt requested) to Cave Valley Travel.

- 120-90 days prior to departure: No Penalty

- 89-60 days prior to departure: 10%

- 59-45 days prior to departure: 25%

- 44-30 days prior to departure: 50%

- 29-15 days prior to departure: 75%

- 14 days & After No refund
